Why can we not find dental technicians to employ.
Why have the numbers of registered dental technicians fallen by over a third in the last 15 years
Why are we not recruiting new people into our profession and our college course struggling to survive.
Learning Aims
Work with the college to recruit and participate in teaching new students to become dental technicians able to communicate with dental professionals and patients. Develop your team by providing the leadership to develop your workforce.
Improve your skills and knowledge as you support and teach your new apprentice. Help them to adopt the skills and behaviours to become part of your team and provide professional support to the dental professional and the patient.
